摘要
用明胶琼脂培养法和营养液振荡培养法测定了白僵菌不同酯酶型菌株的胞外蛋白酶，并用前一种方法测定了同一酯酶型菌株的胞外蛋白酶。发现不同类型菌株间和同一类型菌株内个体间胞外蛋白酶产生水平都有差异，少数几株差异显著。测定蛋白酶方法不能单独用来鉴别菌株。明胶琼脂培养法比营养液振荡培养法较为准确可靠。
Extracellular protease in the different esterase type strains of Beauveria bassiana were tested by cultivating with gelatin agar and nutritional liquid vibration, besides, ones of same esterase type strain were tested with gelatin agar method. Results showed that, extracellular protease differed in different or same esterase type strains (in a few strains remarkably). The test method with gelatin agar is more accurate and reliable than that with nutritional liquid vibration. The technique to test protease cannot be used to identify the different strains of B. bassiana.
