摘要
综述了犬卵母细胞体外培养、精液保存和人工授精、体外受精、胚胎移植等犬的辅助生殖技术,探讨了犬辅助生殖技术的研究现状和应用前景。
With the accomplishment of the dog＇s draft genome sequence,the study of the dog＇s function gene and the relativity studies with mankind urgent demand to build up the explicit type on the dog of mankind＇s disease mode animal. Under this kind of background,we summarized the assisted reproduction technology of dog such as the dog＇s ooeyte maturation in vitro （IVM）,preservation of semen and artificial insemination（AI ） ,in vitro fertilization（IVF）,embryo transfer（ET）, discussed its current progress and foreground.
