摘要
综述了精液冷冻保存和人工授精、早期妊娠诊断、发情调控、诱导分娩、胚胎移植及克隆等犬繁殖调控技术的研究进展。
Canine reproductive regulation technology studies are far less developed than in other mammals,because canine reproductive physiology has unique characteristics compared to other mammal,which make canine reproductive biotechnology faced with some difficults.This review summaries the following aspects,including canine preservation of semen and artificaial insemination （AI）,early pregnancy diagnosis,induction of estrus,induction of parturition,embryo transfer（ET）and clone,discussed its current progress and foreground.
