摘要
人类辅助生殖技术(ART)是指运用医学技术和方法对配子、合子、胚胎进行人工操作,以达到受孕目的的技术,包括人工受精(AI)、体外受精-胚胎移植技术(IVF-ET)。由于各种辅助生殖技术在临床广泛应用,为了确保鉴定的准确性,在亲子鉴定及个人识别时,必须考虑辅助生殖技术对鉴定的影响。鉴定中应注意以下环节:1.查明是否辅助生殖;2.了解辅助生殖技术类型;3.确定鉴定方案、收集检材样本;4.应用反转亲子鉴定技术。
