摘要
美国是当今世界上经济最发达、科技最先进的国家,这与其高等教育的发展是分不开的。因此我们有必要深入了解美国发展高等教育的战略措施,通过研究和总结美国发展高等教育的经验,为我国各类人才培养战略提供借鉴,从而促进我国高等教育持续快速健康发展。探讨了美国不同时期高等教育发展战略,并结合中国国情,提出了实现我国高等教育大众化的若干策略。
The USA is a country with most developed economy and most advanced science and technology, which is indispensable to the development of its higher education. Therefore, it is necessary for China to know deeply its strategic measures for its higher education development. Studying and summarizing the experience of its development in higher education provide reference to the talent cultivation strategy so as to promote the continuous and rapid development of higher education in China. This paper discusses the experiences of the popularization of American higher education and puts forward several strategies to realize the popularization of higher education in China based on the actual situation in China.
