摘要
自计划经济时期以来,体育院校培养人才的模式统一,重视“专才”而忽视“通才”培养。随着社会对人才要求的提高,体育院校的毕业生难以适应当今市场对人才的多样化需求。体育院校应依时而变,培养模式由“市场型导向”走向“适应型导向”。
Farm planned economy period, physical education institutes carried out a common cultivated- talent pattern, which emphasized ＂special- ized＂ but ignored ＂universal＂ one. With the social demand enhance,it is difficult for the graduates of physical education institutes to accord with the diversify demands in employment market. It needs to survival of the fittest to turn ＂specialized＂ into ＂universal＂ pattern.
