摘要
我国现有人才质量不高,专业化过强。原因在于受苏联“专才”模式影响以及“片面追求升学率”的观念严重。为了培养社会所需要的复合型人才,我们不仅需要树立正确的人才观,更需要落实正确的人才观。
Clalm＇s available talents with less quality and too limited profession are due to the influence of the model of “professional talents” in Soviet Union, and the blindly pursuit the rate of entering high school. In order to train the compound talents to meet the need of the society,we should not only acquire a correct talent outlook,most importantly, we should try to put this idea into effect.
