摘要
采用文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对长三角体育产业的优势环境、区域合作中存在的阻力进行调查分析。认为:长三角区域内自贸区建设、雄厚的经济基础及国内大型体育赛事的举办为长三角体育产业发展提供了良好的外部环境和经济保障。长三角城市群合作协调机制缺乏必要的权威性和行政手段、长三角各地经济发展模式差异大、体育产业发展结构失衡、专业人才缺乏以及政府体育产业开发意识不强等是长三角体育产业区域合作与发展的主要阻力。指出:弱化行政区界壁垒,强化区域产业整合,以机制创新共建体育产业发展平台,遵循市场规律,凭借长三角厚基础优势,形成优势互补,建立齐全的体育产业专业市场体系和统一的体育产业基地,以促进长三角体育产业区域经济合作与发展。
Using literature review, field survey, interviews and mathematical statistics, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the advantageous environment of the sports industry in Yangtze River Delta, and the obstruction in regional cooperation. It proposes that： the establishment of FTA in Yangtze River Delta, strong economic base and holding large domestic sports events provide a favorable external environment and economic security for the sports industry in Yangtze River Delta. The main obstructions of regional cooperation include that the cooperation and coordination mechanisms among city group has inadequate authority and administrative measures; economic development models of different areas in the Yangtze River Delta differ largely; development structures of sports industry are imbalanced; there is a lack of professionals; and the government has little awareness to develop the sports industry of the Yangtze River Delta. It suggests that weakening the administrative border barriers, strengthening regional industrial integration, building the sports industry development platform by mechanism innovation, following the laws of the market, forming complementary advantages with the advantages of the thick foundation of Yangtze River Delta, establishing a full range of market system of professional sports industry and a unified sports industry base, in order to promote the economic cooperation and development of sports industry in Yangtze River Delta.
