摘要
教师是高校重要的人力资源,是提高教学质量的决定因素。如何激发教师的工作热情,调动他们的积极性是高校管理者必须研究的问题。从分析高校教师的需求出发,提出了几种满足教师需求的高校教师激励机制。
Teachers form the essential part in the human resources of colleges and universities and they are the key factors in the improvement of teaching. For college administrators, it is necessary to consider how to stimulate work enthusiasm and promote active work among them. Based on an analysis of teachers＇ needs,this paper puts forward kinds of stimulating mechanisms responding to the needs.
