摘要
高校教师是学校发展的核心资源,如何吸引、保持、开发高校的人才资源是高校发展的根本所在。该文在对高校教师这一高层次的人才资源特征及其需求特征进行分析归纳的基础上,构建了高校实现跨越式发展的激励机制。
University teachers are the core resource for university development and how to attract,maintain and develop universities＇ talents is the key to university development. The paper,through ananysing and summarizing talent and demand features of university teachers, formulates and proposes the motivation mechanism for realizing leaping development of universities and colleges.
