摘要
研究了固溶处理温度和时间、时效处理温度和时间、形变热处理前后的冷加工率对C194铜合金带材的抗拉强度和电导率的影响。试验研究表明:在固溶处理温度和保温时间为850℃和60min,时效前的冷加工率为71%,时效处理温度和时间为500℃和3.5h,时效后材料的冷加工率为70%的条件下生产的C194带材具有良好的综合性能。合金带材的抗拉强度为538.5MPa,电导率达到81.8%IACS。
The influence patterns of temperature and time of solid solution treatment, temperature and time of aging treatment, cold rolling rate before and after aging treatment on the tensile strength and electric conductivity of strip of C194 alloy were studied. The results show that good synthesize properties can be obtained at 850 ℃ and 60 min solid solution treatment, 71% pre-cold rolling rate, 500 ℃ and 3.5 h aging treatment, 70% post cold rolling rate conditions. The finish strip's tensile strength is 538.5 MPa, and electric conductivity is 81.8%IACS.
