摘要
对机组发电量等参数进行累积计算时,经常出现采集数据不再自动累计的情况而需要手动清零后方可继续累积数据,导致热工人员维护量较大,特别是影响了发电量的计算。本文针对DCS OVATION系统在脉冲量累积(电量累积)实际使用中出现累积量溢出的问题,分析了其中的原因和解决方法,并提出了新的逻辑优化方式,对保证DCS系统实现电量累积显示具有较好的的参考和应用价值。
When we accumulate the parameters such as the power parameter,it often happens that the data cannot automatically accumulate.So we must reset them and continue.This is a big burden for maintenance staff.This paper annalyzes the cause of the overflow of the pulse volume accumulation in DCS OVATION and the related solution,and presents one new logic optimization.
