摘要
火电厂全厂优化运行系统要求与分散控制系统(DCS)进行双向数据通信。以厂级自动化发电控制(AGC)负荷分配系统为例,给出了一种典型的全厂DCS通信接口设计方案。针对Ovation、maxDNA、HIACS、EDPF这四种DCS,分别分析了工业标准协议OPC、应用程序接口API、工业总线Modbus/TCP以及自定义UDP四种通信接口方式与协议,讨论了各类通信接口的开发原理与技巧。鉴于OPC规范的通用性,重点介绍了OPC客户端的开发流程。电厂的实际运行证明了所提接口软件开发方法的正确性和完善性。
The bi-directional data communication is requested between the plant-wide optimization system and distributed control system(DCS) in fossil-fired power plant.With the plant-level AGC load dispatching system as example,the design strategy of a typical plant-based DCS communication interface is given.In accordance with four brands of the DCS,i.e.,Ovation,maxDNA,HIACS and EDPF,four kinds of communication interfaces and protocols,including industrial standard protocol OPC,application program interface API,industrial bus Modbus/TCP and custom UDP,are analyzed respectively.The developing principles and skills for various communication interfaces are discussed.The developing procedures for OPC client are introduced emphatically because of the generalization of OPC.The correctness and perfection of the developing method proposed for the interface software is proved through practical operations in power plants.
