摘要
介绍了以组态软件为上位机的监控系统,简述了DCS锅炉控制系统的硬件配置,以及流量控制系统的主要特点和控制流程,实践证明,该系统达到了锅炉燃烧节能降耗的工艺要求,且运行稳定可靠。
this paper introduces the configuration software for the PC monitoring system,and expounds the DCS control system of boiler hardware configuration,and flow control system＇s main characteristics and control process,the practice proved that this system to achieve the energy saving of the boiler combustion process requirements,and operation is stable and reliable.
