摘要
CAN总线作为一种优秀的现场总线,已经越来越多地应用于汽车电子系统。提出了基于CAN总线的汽车发动机电控单元高速CAN适配模块设计方案,介绍了系统主要硬件结构和软件设计流程。系统硬件测试表明,该系统能对发动机各类参数进行高速实时监测,并且通过对重要参数的修改可以实现对系统的检测和控制功能。实验表明该系统具有通讯速率高和可靠性强等优点,具有广泛的应用前景。
As a kind of excellent field bus, CAN bus is widely used in automotive electronic control system. A CAN-based high-speed communication adapter module for automotive engine electronic control unit was presented. Hardware structure and flow chart ofsoRware were introduced. Hardware test show that the system can monitor various parameters of engine speedily in real time and the functions of detecting and controlling can be realized in the system by modifying some of important parameters. Experiment show that the system has the advantage of higher transfer rate and better reliability. It could find a wide way in future automotive application.
