Control System Design of Stopping Device Lower Machine in Marshalling Yard

摘要 随着铁路运输任务日益繁重,铁道部门不断采用新技术对原有设备进行改造。驼峰作业是编组站的重要组成部分,虽然国内外有很多研究单位对峰尾停车器进行了大量研究,但是总体来说峰尾停车器控制系统功能简单,可靠性有待提高。目前国内部分峰尾防溜仍然采用人工放置铁鞋来实现,停车位置不易控制,操作人员劳动强度大,人身安全得不到保证。采用机械停车器制停车辆,车辆制停位置准确,以及网络化的控制系统能够群控编组站内所有的停车器,减少劳动力,提高停车作业效率。 Along with the increasingly heavier of railway trans original equipment with new technology. Operation on hump institutes at home and aboard have carried out a lot of studies portation tasks, railway authorities continue to transform the is an important part of the Marshalling yard, many research on peak parking, but the control system function is simple, and reliability remains to be improved. At present, some of anti-running devices are still manual placed ironical shoes in marshalling yard. It is difficult to control the location, while the labor intensity is hard, personal safety cant be guaran- teed. Mechanical parking is used to stop vehicles in marshalling yard, the stopping position is accurate. The network control system can command all stopping devices in the marshalling yard. It can relief labor and improve the efficiency of the parking operation
