摘要
针对汽车布线庞大复杂的问题,设计了一种汽车CAN网络控制系统。系统分为高速CAN和低速CAN两部分,由高速数据采集模块、低速数据采集模块、仪表显示模块、车灯控制模块、上位机监控模块组成。完成了模拟信号、数字信号和开关信号的采集与处理;油量、水温、转速、车速、本次里程和总里程的输出显示。经试验调试表明,两条CAN网络的数据传输速率分别达到500 kbps和125 kbps,满足发动机的高速和实时性要求以及车身的普通实时性通信要求。
In view of the question which the automobile wiring become huge and complex, one kind of automobile network control system based on CAN - bus has designed. The system divides into two parts of high - speed CAN and the low - speed CAN, consisting of high - speed data acquisition modules, low -speed data acquisition module, instrument modules, lighting control module, PC monitoring module. The system completed the acquisition and processing of the analog signal, digital signal, switching signal and the display of oil mass, water temperature, rotational speed, vehicle speed, mileage and total mile- age. The test showed that the data transmission rate of the high - speed CAN and low - speed CAN reached 500 kbps and 125 kbps respectively, to meet the real -time of engine, as well as ordinary real - time of automobile body.
