摘要
介绍了 VXI总线 8通道并行 A/D模块的研制方法。着重分析了 VXI接口电路技术、高速大容量数据传送技术、EPL D技术、VXIp& p仪器驱动器开发等 VXI模块研制中的关键技术。本模块已实际应用于自行研制的 VXI总线综合参数自动测试系统中。
The designing methods of a VXIbus 8 channel parallel ADC module are introduced in this paper. Key technologies in this design such as VXI interface circuit design,high speed transfer technology of massive data,EPLD technology and VXIp&p instrument driver design technology are discussed in detail. This module is used in the self constructed VXI automatic testing system and show good performance.
