摘要
采用观察法、实验法等方法来了解秧歌舞锻炼对老年女性健身作用的影响。经过24周每周4~6次,每次60-0min的秧歌舞锻炼,结果显示:秧歌舞锻炼有效地改善了老年女性的身体成分和身体形态,改善了老年女性的呼吸系统和心血管系统的机能水平,提高了老年女性的柔韧性、灵敏性、平衡能力及反应速度等身体素质。
The aim of this paper was to reveal the functions of Yang-ge dance for the aged women's keeping fit on the bases of observation and experiment study. After 24 weeks' exercise of Yang-ge dance(4 to 6 times a week,60 to 90 minutes each time). The results revealed that Yang-ge dance could improve the functions of the respiratory system and the cardiovascular system, better the body composition and shape, promote the pliability, agility, ability of balance and response.
