摘要
通过文献资料法、调查法、访谈法,研究中老年妇女健身状况以及太极拳运动对中老年妇女健心、健身的机理, 中老年妇女长期练习太极拳能达到调控情绪,强身健体,防病治病,养生延寿的效果。
We made a research on the status of body building of middle and old aged women and the sanitarian mechanism of shadow boxing movement for their body and mental by means of literature information, survey and interview. It was showed that strengthen body, taking shadow boxing movement in long term can help middle and old aged women regulate emotion, precaution and control diseases and also prolong lives.
