摘要
采用观察法、实验法探讨长期秧歌舞锻炼对中老年女性平衡能力和骨密度的影响.结果显示:长期秧歌舞锻炼中老年女性的左、右足的闭眼单足站立时间和骨密度值显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).说明长期坚持秧歌舞锻炼能有效地维持较高骨含量,提高机体的下肢肌力、改善平衡能力,是中老年女性防治骨质疏松症和防摔倒的有效手段.
This paper discusses the effects of Yangge Exercise on BMD and balance ability of elderly women. The results indicate that BMD, the standing time of left or right foot with eyes closed are longer than that of the contre p(P〈0.05, P〈 0.01). Therefore, Yangge exercise can efficaciously make the bones in a good condition, improve the balance ability, and is a better way to prevent the elderly women from osteoporosis and falling down.
