A study of cardiac reserve and sports ability

摘要 采用二倍登台阶运动试验法 ,运用重庆大学肖守中研制的心力监护仪分别对国家 1、2、3级运动员和高校普通系科学生进行了 1/ 4运动量和全运动量心肌收缩能力变化趋势的对照研究。发现体育系学生比普通系科学生的心肌收缩能力与心肌的储备能力要高 ,高水平运动员比一般运动员的心力储备能力也要高 。 Using the cardiac contractility monitor invented by Xiao Shou zhong in Chongqing University, the author carried out a comparative study on cardiac contractility change in 1/4 and complete exercise workload between the national athletes of Level 1,Level 2 and Level 3 and students of common institutes and universities. This study was done with double master “2-step” exercise test. It was found that students in P.E. departments have higher cardiac contractility and cardiac reserve power than students in general departments. It was the same case for high level athletes and general athletes. There were no obvious changes in the cardiac contractility reserve for athletes of different items.
