摘要
介绍了我院护理专业培养技能型护理人才所实施的方法,阐述了技能培养的途径、技能教学的网络、技能质量监控的环节,以及如何与实习医院密切结合,提高护生技能水平,保证护理人才质量的过程。
This paper gives a brief account of the methods in developing skilled nurses used in our college, illustrates the ways of skill developing, the network of skill teaching, the segments of quality controlling and the processes of cooperating with practical hospitals and improving the nursing students＇ skill level so as to ensure the quality of nursing personnel.
