摘要
目的分析临床护理操作的应用现状,与本科教材《基础护理学》教材对比,为基础护理学教学改革提供参考依据。方法采用护理操作频率统计表对北京市5所综合性医院共计90个科室的129项护理操作频率进行统计。结果临床分布较广或操作频次较高的操作中,超过70%的操作存在于《基础护理学》中;《基础护理学》中的89个操作项目中,74.16%的操作临床分布较广,86.52%的操作应用频率较高;教材中3项操作临床月使用频次为0;临床中分布较广且高频应用的8项护理操作,教材中并未包含;8项操作具有明显的专科特色;6项操作具有明显的急危重症护理特色。结论护理教育管理者应定期组织大规模调研,根据操作使用情况及时修订教材,增设专科护理操作课程,促进护理教学与临床实践的有效衔接。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of 129 nursing skills. Methods This study recorded the frequency of 129 nursing skills usage monthly among 90 clinical departments in five tertiary hospitals in Beijing. Results Among 129 nursing skills,80 nursing skills were distributed in 5 or more departments,and 82.50% of them existed in the Fundamentals of Nursing textbook. 107 nursing skills were moderate to high frequency skills (~〉50 times per month),with 71.96% of them were included in textbook. Fundamentals of Nursing textbook in- eluded 89 nursing skills,74.16% of which were distributed in 5 or more departments,and 86.52% were to highly frequent uesed skills. Eight clinically widely distributed and frequently used nursing skills were missed in the textbook. Frequency of three nursing skills usage in the textbook was 0. Eight nursing skills with obvious specialized characteristics were highly used in one department with frequency above 90%. Six skills werehighly used(frequency above 90%)in the emergency and ICU departments. Conclusion Nursing educators should conduct large-scaled survey regularly. Contents of Fundamentals of Nursing should be revised in time according to the study survey and specialized skills should be added in the textbook. Thus,school teaching and clinical practice can be bridged up to a large extent.
