摘要
目的:调查海口市大学生宿舍螨类孳生情况。方珐:采集学生宿舍床尘、枕尘、桌面尘、地板尘和门楣窗楣尘,光镜下观察。结果:共采集尘样2 676份,尘螨检出率为43.80%;其中床尘、枕尘、桌面尘、地板尘和门楣窗楣尘的检出率依次为52_39%、54.55%、18.40%、24.80%和14.80%,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);男、女生宿舍尘螨检出率依次为44.79%和42.58%(P>0.05);从1楼至6楼的学生宿舍采集的尘样中,螨的检出率依次为51.21%、48.03%、43.56%、41.23%、36.56%和33.88%,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);4人间和6人间宿舍尘螨检出率分别为44.07%和43.59%(P>0.05);1995年以前,2000年以前和2000年以后建成的学生宿舍尘螨检出率依次为45.40%、42.27%和43.96% (P>0.05);农业院校、医学院校、师范院校和综合性大学尘螨检出率依次为43.65%、44.08%、45.40%和41.51%(P>0.05)。鉴定出螨种15种,其中前12种属于无气门目。结论:学生宿舍确有螨类孳生, 且以枕尘和床尘为适宜场所,有随楼层增高孳生率呈递减趋势。热带氏无爪螨为本地区的优势螨种。
Objective: To investigate the breeding situations of dust mites in college dormitories in Haikou city. Mothods: The dusts in beds, pillows, tabletops, floors and transoms were collected and detected for mites by microscopy. Results: A total of 2 676 dust samples were collected, and the total detectable rate was 43.80%. The detectable rates of mites in dust samples collected from beds, pillows, tabletops, floors and transoms were 52.39%,54.55%,18.40%,24.80% and 14.80% respectively,which were significant different (P〈0.01). The detectable rates of mites in dust samples from college dormitories for male and female students were 44.79% and 42.55% (P〉0.05). The detectable rates were 51.21%, 48.03%, 43.56%, 41.23%, 36.56% and 33.88% from the first floor to sixth floor respectively,which showed significant differences each other (P〈0.01). The detectable rates were 44.07% and 43.59% in the dormitories with four and six individuals respectively (P〉0.05). The detectable rates were 45.40%, 42.27% and 43.96% in the dormitories founded before 1995, 1996 to 2000 and after 2000 years (P〉0.05). The detectable rates were 43.65%, 44.08%, 45.40% and 41.51% in agricultural college, medical college, normal college and comprehensive university respectively (P〉0.05). The fifteen species of mites were identified, twelve of which belonged to Astigmata. Conclusion: Mites are able to breed in student's dormitories, and the breeding seems to be more common in beds and pillows, and the breeding rates seens to decrease with floor increasing. It is probably that Blomia tropicalis are preponderant in this area.
