摘要
目的研究山西省晋中市及周边地区的尘螨种类和优势螨种。方法以就诊于晋中市第一人民医院耳鼻喉科门诊的尘螨过敏患者为研究对象,从2009年12月至2011年10月对居住在晋中市及周边地区的30户家庭进行入户采集调查。采集尘样后经过分离,制片,最后进行鉴定。结果共采集尘样196份,户尘螨占成螨总数的60.1%,粉尘螨占39.8%。通过对不同采集地点的调查结果显示,楼房的样本阳性率为35.8%,平房的样本阳性率为21.8%。通过对不同环境样本中螨密度的统计,枕头的螨密度最高,为166.7头/g。平均螨密度在全年有2个高峰期,分别是7-8月份和12～2月。结论晋中市及周边地区的主要螨种为麦食螨科的户尘螨和粉尘螨,户尘螨为优势螨种。
Objective To study the dust mites species and predominant species in Jinzhong and the surrounding areas. Methods Patients treated in ENT clinic of the First People＇s Hospital of Jinzhong were chosen as the subjects. Dust samples were collected with a portable vacuum cleaner from 26 mite-allergic patients＇ and 4 normal people＇ homes from December 2009 to October 2011. After collection, the samples were separated and identified. Results A total of 196 samples were collected, and dust mites were observed in 71 samples （36.2%）. The predominant species was Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus （D. pteronyssinus） （60.1%） and D. farinae （39.8%）. The positive rates of samples were 35.8% in multi-storey buildings, higher than that （21.8%） in single-storey houses. The mite density was highest in pillows （166.7/g）. Monthly distribution of D. pteronyssinus and D. farinae showed 2 peaks in July to August and December to February. Conclusion The main mite species are D. pteronyssinus and D. farlnae in Jinzhong. D. pteronyssinus is the predominant species.
