摘要
为探讨粉螨污染空气的情况 ,采用空气粉尘采样器和自制空气悬浮螨采样器 ,进行工作场所内悬浮螨的分离 ,并将获得的粉螨制片、鉴定。结果在中药厂、面粉厂、纺织厂、粮库的工作场所内和本校教学楼的工作环境内发现粉螨 8种 ,即粗脚粉螨 ( A.siro) ,小粗脚粉螨 ( A.farris) ,腐食酪螨 ( T.putrescentiae) ,椭圆食粉螨 ( A.ovatus) ,纳氏皱皮螨 ( S.nesbitti) ,害嗜鳞螨 ( L .destructor) ,粉尘螨 ( D.farinae)和屋尘螨 ( D.pteronyssinus) ,隶属于 3科 6属。由此可见 ,空气中粉螨的污染严重 。
In order to probe the air contamination caused by Acarid mites in Huainan ,dust mites floating in the air are suspended with the collecting device,smeared, and identified with the microscope respectively. Eight species of Acarid mites, namely A.siro, A.farris, T.putrescentiae, A.ovatus, S.nesbitti, L.destructor, D.farinae and D.pteronyssinus, are separated from the work environment of Chinese traditional medicine factory, flour mill,textile mill, grain storehouse and classroom building.As shown. by the results,there exists severe air contamination caused by Acarid mites and adequate attention should be paid to its treatment.
