摘要
用氯乙酸对壳聚糖进行了化学改性,其产物羧甲基壳聚糖有良好的水溶性。还对此产物进行了质量分析。
Chitosan is readily soluble in acidic solutions and insoluble in water. In this paper, chitosan modified with monochloroacetate was described. It was found that the N-(carboxymethyl) chitosan had a good solubility in water. The quality of modified product as pharmaceutieal necessity was analysed.
