摘要
论述了表面活性剂在药物制剂中做药剂辅料、在药物合成中做相转移催化剂以及在药物荧光分析中做增溶增敏剂的应用原理及现状,介绍了表面活性剂在制药工业中应用研究的新进展,提出了在制药工业中应用表面活性剂的展望。
This paper introduced the present situation and development trend of surfactants applied in pharmaceutical industry,especially as additives in pharmaceuticals,as phase transfer catalysts (PTC) in drug synthesis and as solubilizer and sensibilizer in fluorescence analysis of pharmaceuticals.Some prospects were also put forward about the application of surfactants in pharmaceutical industry.
