摘要
本研究通过发酵工程手段将硒和灵芝有机地结合在一起,即以灵芝为载体进行富硒深层培养,制成具增效作用的真菌类制品,并对其摇瓶生产工艺进行初步研究,放瓶生物量为1.1%,富硒灵芝制品的有机硒含量在279~5600ppm之间,最高硒回收率为31.3%。
anoderma are incubution for accumulating Se in this paper.The results showed that the organicSe content of accumulate-Se Ganoderma preparation is between 270~5600ppm depending on different addition amount.The highest rate of the Se-recovery is 31.3%.
