摘要 本文研究了培养基成分及摇瓶发酵条件对灵芝菌丝体生长的影响,进行了 100 L气升环流式生物反应器的扩大试验。研究表明,无机盐KH_2PO_4和MgSO_4·7H_20对生长有影响,其最适浓度分别为0.1%和0.025%.麸皮、玉米粉和葡萄糖对菌丝体生长都有显著的作用。在摇瓶培养中,菌丝体易形成菌丝球,其大小随振荡速度而变化。将菌丝球用玻璃球打碎制成的匀浆种比直接用菌丝球接种获得的产量高。 100 L气升环流式生物反应器培养结果表明,以较皮为培养基的氛源,5d菌丝体干重为5~6g/L;以豆粉为培养基的氮源,5d菌体干重可达7~8g/L。 A study was made on effects of the medium composition, the shaking aeration, the inoculum preparation during fermentation of Ganoderma Lucihun. The results showed that the optimum concentration of KH2PO4 and MgSO4 7H2O were 0. 1% and 0. 025% respectively. Wheat bran, maize powder and glucose affected the growth of mycelia obviously. The shaking rate decided the size of mycelium-ball. Homogenated culture seed was superior to mycelial pellet seed. The result of 100 L air-lif t f ermentor experiment indicated that if soybean powder was used as the nitrogen source, the dry weight concentration of the mycelium could reach to 7-8 g/L after 5 days of fermentation; if wheat bran as the nitrogen source, it could reach to 5-6 g/L.
