摘要
层状结构的Ti3SiC2陶瓷属于六方晶体结构,空间群为P63/mmc。它结合了金属和陶瓷的许多优异性能,如极好的导电、导热能力,优良的可加工性,高的抗氧化性、耐化学腐蚀性,出色的抗热震性、高温强度和高温塑性,良好的自润滑性等,因而可以预料Ti3SiC2将成为重要的高温结构陶瓷和功能材料。该文从Ti3SiC2材料的结构、组成与性能入手,对其制备方法及应用进行综合评述。
The layered ceramic material Ti2SiC2 has a hexagonal crystallographic structure with space group P63/ mmc. It combines both the merits of the metals and ceramics and possesses a lot of attractive properties such as excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, good machinability, high oxide and chemical corrosion resistance, good thermal shock'resistance and high temperature strength, and good plastic deformation and self-lubricaton abilities. So Ti3SiC2 is estimated to be a promising candidate for high temperature structure ceramic and functional materials. Thereby the present paper examines and evaluates the properties, fabrication method and application of Ti3SiC2.
