摘要
以酚醛树脂为碳源,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,采用凝胶-碳热还原法制备 C/SiCw 复合体,考察了催化剂、碳热还原温度等工艺条件对 C/SiCw 复合体的结构和性能的影响.结果表明,碳硅比为3∶1的前驱体,在 FeCl3催化作用下,1500℃制备的 C/SiCw-50复合体具有良好的吸波性能,1∶2的石蜡介质测试样在2~18 GHz 频率范围内,3 mm 厚度的最大反射损耗为-27.2 dB,反射损耗低于-5 dB 的频率范围为6.3~10.8 GHz,频宽达4.5 GHz.
C/SiCw composite was prepared through sol-gel and carbon thermal reduction,taking phenolic resin as carbon source and TEOS as silica precursor.The components,morphology and electromagnetic absorption properties of the prepared composite were characterized and the effects of preparation conditions such as catalyst and temperature on structures and properties of the prepared composite were systemally investigated.The re-sults show that C/SiCw-50 composite,prepared from the precursor with a carbon-silicon ratio of 1 ∶ 3 under 1 500 ℃ with FeCl3 as catalyst,has an optimal performance for electromagnetic absorbing.The maximum re-flection loss of C/SiCw-50 composite in paraffin with a ratio of 1∶2 was -27.2 dB in the range of 2-18 GHz,with bandwidth about 4.5 GHz corresponding to the reflection loss below -5 dB at 6.3-10.8 GHz.
