摘要
采用CP-3000型亚音速喷枪在45钢上分别喷涂含Cr2O3为85%、95%和100%的陶瓷涂层,并在1055℃电阻炉中烧结。在室温下分别对不同比例Cr2O3陶瓷涂层进行干摩擦和水润滑摩擦,分析不同比例涂层与对摩件的质量损失随时间和载荷的变化。结果表明:一定量釉料的添加可以提高Cr2O3陶瓷涂层的耐磨性,且95%Cr2O3陶瓷涂层耐磨性能最优。
85%, 95%, 100% of Cr20~ ceramic coating was made by CP-3000 subsonic gun on 45 steel surface, and then the ceramic coating was sintered at 1055~C in the resistance furnace. Through dry and water lubrication friction for different proportion ceramic coating at room temperature, the mass loss of coating and ring with the change of time and load was analyzed. The results show that a certain amount of glazed material can improve, the resistance of Cr203 ceramic coating, and 95% of the coating has optimal wear-resisting performance.
