摘要
介绍了一种洗衣机用双绕组切换型稀土永磁无刷直流电动机控制系统。对漂洗和甩干两种状态下无刷直流电动机宽范围调速的工作原理进行了研究,讨论了单片机控制系统组成电路和转速闭环实现方法,并通过实验分析了两种状态下电机的机械特性。
This paper introduces a dual-windlng switched-type control system of rare earth permanent magnetic (REPM) brushless DC motor(BLDCM)used in automatic washer. The wide speed adjusting principle of BLDCM in launder and dry cleaning two states are studied. The control circuit of system and realizing method of speed closedloop based on single-chip computer are also discussed. At last,the machinery characteristic of BLDCM in two states is analyzed by the test.
