摘要
针对无刷直流电动机的换相问题,提出了一种基于改进零序电压信号处理技术的自适应无位置传感器无刷直流电动机换相控制方案。新方案将从零序电压信号中提取相关信息来确定换相时刻。通过端电压采集可计算出原始的零序电压信号,经由低通贝塞尔低通滤波器处理后可抑制开关噪声,并得到与转速无关的固定时间偏移。零序电压基频是由中值滤波算法确定的,该算法结合自适应限速器可消除错误过零点。新型无传感器换相技术能在无刷直流电动机驱动系统较为广泛的转速范围内实施。最后,试验结果验证了新型无传感器换相技术在电机各种运行条件下具有较好的效果。
Aiming at the problem of commutation of brushless direct current motor (BLDCM), an adaptive position sensorless BLDCM commutation control scheme based on improved zero-sequence voltage signal processing technology was presented. The new scheme will extract the relevant information from the zero sequence voltage signal to determine the com-mutation time. The original zero-sequence voltage signal can be calculated by the terminal voltage acquisition and can be suppressed by the low-pass Bessel filter, and the fixed-time displacement independent of the rotational speed can be ob-tained. The zero-sequence voltage fundamental frequency is determined by the median filter algorithm. This algorithm, combined with an adaptive speed limiter, eliminates false zero-crossings. The new sensorless commutation technology can be implemented in a wide range of rotational speeds of BLDCM driving system. The test results verify that the new sensor-less commutation technology has a good effect under various operating conditions of the motor.
