摘要
通过无刷直流电动机数学模型,分析了无刷直流电动机产生电磁转矩波动的原因,在此基础上,提出采用电流滞环跟踪PWM控制方式来减小电磁转矩的波动。最后分别从理论推导和实验证明了采用电流滞环跟踪PWM控制方式时输出电流波形更接近理想的方波电流,减小了无刷直流电动机电磁转矩的波动。
In this paper, analyzed the electromagnetism torque ripple of brushless DC motor based on the mathematical models. And presented the current hysteresis band control method to lessen electromagnetism torque ripple. Through the derivation of formula and experiment, proved that adopted the current hysteresis band control method, the current wave was closer to ideal square wave current, Restrained the electromagnetism torque ripple of brushless DC motor.
