摘要
绿原酸具有多种药理作用,是许多中药材及中成药的主要有效成分之一。本文评述了绿原酸的生物活性及提取方法。
The chlorogenic acid is an important bioactivity material,and one of the main available constituents in the many plants,juice and Chinese herb materials.It was studied on bioactivities of chlorogenic acid and its extraction in this paper.
