摘要
随着学校管理理念的变革,促进教师的专业发展成为教师管理的重要方面之一。教师的反思是教师专业发展的一种主要方式。教师的反思,从内容上看主要有:教育观念反思、课堂教学反思、学生问题反思、教育现象反思、人际关系反思、专业水平反思、自我意识反思、个人成长反思等;从时间顺序上可以分为:活动前反思、活动中反思、活动后反思;为保障教师形成自主反思的意识和能力并获得专业自主发展,学校需规定相关的制度,并形成反思文化。
With the transformation of school managerial concept, promoting teachers' profession development has become one of the most important aspects in teachers' management. Teachers' reflection is a major mode of teachers' profession development. This reflection includes educational concept, classroom teaching, students' problem, educational phenomenon, inter—personal relationship, professional level, self-awareness and individual growth, etc. According to the order it happens, it can also be divided into pre—activity reflection, activity reflection and post-activity reflection. In order to ensure teachers form the awareness of self reflection and ability as well as obtain independent profession development, school needs to set certain related system and form reflection culture.
