苏州园区实验二小教师校本培训现状调查与启示

摘要 校本培训是提高教师队伍整体专业素质的基本途径和手段。本文以苏州园区实验二小为个案,结合该校的具体情况,论述校本培训作为提升教师专业能力、发展课堂教学实践的有效途径在该小学是如何实施的,并重点论述该校采用的几种校本培训模式,以供其他学校借鉴和参考。
