摘要
利用高新技术监测系统对我国银行相关专利进行系统监测,分析了银行专利的构成,展示了各专利申请人使用技术之间的技术关联,结合国际性银行的经验提出了基于我国银行技术创新模式的专利申请的策略。
In this paper, patents of China＇s banks are inspected systematically by using high technology monitor system. Also, the paper analyzed the structure of patents of banks, and presented technology relationship between techniques used by patent proposers. It presented a patent strategy of applying patent with reference to experience of international banks. This paper is of a realistic significance for banks to carry technical innovation and to protect patent.
