摘要 本文通过对目前科研管理存在的问题的分析,提出科技监测方法,即将数据挖掘等计算机前沿技术引入科研管理领域,发展科研管理的数据分析基础。科技监测对实现科研管理创新,促进科研管理决策科学化,提升科研管理水平具有重大的现实意义。本文在探讨科技监测方法的基础上,给出了在纳米技术领域的实证分析。
