摘要
随着经济全球化进程的加快,各国间科技实力的竞争日趋激烈,决定这场竞争成败的关键在于人才,因而人才培养模式便成为竞争性可持续发展战略、素质教育以及创新教育的关键。当前酿酒行业人才的培养必须以培养特色的生物工程人才为目标,通过专业教学平台和实践性教学结合培养符合酿酒产业发展需求的新型研究型和工程型人才。(孙悟)
With the quicken of economic globalization, talents has become the determining factor of the increasingly drastic scientific and technical competition among nations. Accordingly, talents training pattern has become the key to competitive sustainable development strategy, character education, and innovation education. Nowadays, talents training in liquor-mak- ing industry must target on the training of bioengineering talents. The purpose of the training is to train large amount of researchers and engineers in accord with development requirements of liquor-making industry through professional teaching and practical learning.
