食品工业的发展,对人才培养提出了新的要求。应用型食品科学与工程专业人才培养应立足地方特点,科学定位,突出特色,根据食品产业的发展和食品企业的需要,兼顾学生长远的发展和就业的现实构建人才培养方案,形成专业核心能力。
The development of food industry puts forward new requirements for personnel training. Applied in food science and engineering personnel training should base on the local characteristics, posit scientificly, outstand fea-tures, accord to the development of food industry and food needs of enterprises. It should combine the reality of the students' long-term development and employment to build the talent training scheme and form the professional core abilities.
