摘要
随着学校教育与管理理念的变革,促进教师的专业发展成为教师管理的重要方面。在学校中,教师专业发展应形成“五步曲”:学习教育理论,在理性认识中丰富自己;反思教学实践,在总结经验中提升自己;尊重同行教师,在借鉴他人经验中完善自己;投身教育研究,在把握规律中超越自己;坚持教学相长,在师生交往中发展自己。学校为此需要建立相关制度:校长参与和指导制度、服务和指导型的组织制度、教师学习和反思制度、教师观摩和交流制度、课题申报和资助制度、评比和奖励制度、校外交流和研讨制度、专家引领制度。
With the transformation of school education and management concept, it has been an important aspect for the teacher management to enhance the teachers' professional development. The five components of teachers' professional development should be formed in schools, which means to study educational theory to enrich one's rational knowledge, to reflect teaching practice to improve oneself from experience, to respect the teachers of the same trade or organization to perfect oneself by learning from each other, to plunge into educational research to surpass oneself by grasping principles and to insist that teaching benefits teachers as well as students so as to develop oneself through the communication beT tween teachers and students. Therefore, the related system should be established such as the principles' involvement and guiding system, service and guiding oriented organizational system, teachers' learning and reflection system, teachers' discussion and emulation and communication system, task declaration and financial aid system, appraisal and rewarding system,after-school communication and discussion system and experts' guiding system.
