摘要
热喷涂是一种重要的表面工程技术,粉末是热喷涂材料中的重要组成部分,镍包覆型复合粉末在热喷涂领域应用十分广泛。本文综述了镍包覆型复合粉末的制备方法,主要有水热氢还原法、化学镀法、羰基镍分解法和电镀法;介绍了国内外常见镍包覆型复合粉末在热喷涂领域中的应用情况,包括作为底层、封严涂层、耐磨涂层和自润滑涂层材料。
Thermal spraying is a significant technology of surface engineering. Powder occupies an important position in thermal spraying materials. Nickel-coated composite powder is widely applied in thermal spraying field. The preparation methods of nickel-coated comPosite powder consisting of hydrothemlal hydrogen reduction, electroless plating, decomposing of nickel carbonyl, and electroplating were summarized and its applications in thermal spraying field such as base, abradable seal, abrasion resistant, and self-lubricating coatings were introduced.
