瓦楞辊表面等离子喷涂Cr_2O_3涂层性能研究

摘要 利用等离子喷涂技术在瓦楞辊材料42CrMo合金钢表面涂镀Cr2O3硬质涂层,以期提高材料表面耐磨性能。用显微硬度仪测试涂层的硬度,用MFT-4000型高速往复摩擦磨损试验机对涂层进行耐磨性能试验。并用扫描电镜(SEM)、X光衍射仪(XRD)分析了涂层的截面形貌和相结构。结果表明:等离子喷涂Cr2O3涂层后试样表面硬度达到HV1184.1,试样表面摩擦因数减小,抗磨损性能大幅提高。 The Cr2O3 coating was prepared on the surface of 42CrMo alloy by plasma spraying technology in this paper.So that to increase the wear-resistance of the material.The coating hardness was tested by micro hardness tester,the wear-resistance testing of the coating was carried on through the MFT-4000 high speed Reciprocating Friction and Wear Testing Machine.The cross sectional microstructure and the phase structure of the Cr2O3 coating were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that it is feasible to prepare a coating of 330μm thick by this process.The hardness of the coating is as high as 1184.1HV,which is much larger than that of the 42CrMo base.It is found that the Cr2O3 coating has excellent wear-resistance.
