摘要
在钢基体上热喷涂一层耐磨材料，可改善其耐磨料磨损性能。不同的耐磨材料，在不同的工艺下所获得的热喷涂层的抗磨效果是不一样的。本文研究了多种热喷涂层的耐磨料磨损特性。
When a steel substrate is coated with wear resistant material,its scoring sbrasive resistant property can be improved.The thermal sprayed coats of wear resistant materials produced by different processes have different effects of wear resistance.The scoring abrasive resistant properties of various kinds of thermal sprayed coats have been investigated,and the causes effecting the characters have been also analyzed in the paper.
