摘要
本文分析了等离子喷涂氧化锆涂层中存在孔隙的原因,介绍了降低涂层孔隙率的方法,并指出了未来氧化锆涂层封孔技术的发展方向。
This paper analyses the causes why zirconia coatings by plasma spraying have the porosity, and introduces the ways to decrease the coatings porosity ratio. The paper also points out the future development direction of sealing treatments to zirconia coatings.
