摘要
教学督导工作是高职院校教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分,对促进教学质量的提高发挥着积极的作用。成都航空职业技术学院在更新督导观念,创新督导工作方式,拓展督导领域,促进教学改革等方面有效地发挥了导教、导学、导管一体化的功能。
Teaching supervision is an important part of the assurance system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, which plays a positive role in improving teaching quality. Chengdu Aeronautic Vocational Technical College has fulfilled integrated functions of guided teaching, guided learning and guided management in aspect of updating concept of Teaching Supervision, innovating methods of Supervising work, expanding scope of Teaching Supervision, and promoting the reform of education and teaching.
